    Product contents & delivery

    Your purchase includes the files described on the product page. After successful payment, a download link is provided and sent to the email address used at checkout. Delivered files do not contain preview watermarks.

    Approval & compatibility

    Check previews and requirements. Later preference changes are not defects; client modifications and unsupported use are outside our responsibility.

    Made for your stream

    Use your alerts in streams and videos. Do not share, redistribute or resell the files.

    Digital delivery & support

    Ready-made downloads are not refunded for a change of mind. We help resolve faults; an appropriate refund applies if a defect cannot be fixed or replaced.

    One revision round

    Send up to 3 changes together. Approval of the revised delivery closes the free round; later edits are quoted separately. Studio error fixes are free.

    Custom cancellations

    After you are notified that production has begun, changes of mind do not qualify for a refund.

    A little clarity keeps every stitch in place.

    Product contents & delivery

    Your purchase includes the files described on the product page. After successful payment, a download link is provided and sent to the email address used at checkout. Delivered files do not contain preview watermarks.

    Compatibility & misuse

    Review the stated technical requirements before purchase. The studio is not responsible for faults caused by client modifications or unsupported use, although assistance with faults in the supplied files will be offered. Streaming software setup is handled by the client; no setup guide or installation service is included. This does not exclude defects in the original files or studio errors.

    Use & file sharing

    The client may use the product in streams, videos and content under the supplied licence. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the design rights. Reselling, distributing, sharing the files with others, or making them available for download, whether free or paid, is prohibited. Showing the alert in streams and videos is permitted.

    Ready-made products & refunds

    Delivered digital products, or products made available for download, are not refundable merely because of a change of mind. Contact the studio for technical support. If a file is defective or does not match the advertised specifications and cannot be repaired or replaced, an appropriate refund will be provided according to the issue and applicable consumer rights.

    Approval & changes of mind

    Review concepts and previews carefully before approval. A later change in taste or preference is not a defect when the work matches the approved specifications. Later changes follow the revision policy.

    Custom order revisions

    On receiving the alert, the client may request up to three specific changes in one revision round, within the agreed concept and specifications. All feedback must be collected and submitted together before revisions begin. Once the revised version is delivered and approved by the client, the free revision round is closed, even if fewer than three changes were requested. Unused changes cannot be saved for later. Additional changes or a new concept are quoted before work begins. Corrections to studio errors or departures from approved specifications do not count toward the included changes.

    Cancelling a custom order

    Once the details are approved and the client has been notified that production has started, cancellation or a refund is not available for a change of mind or a decision not to continue. The work is made specifically for the client and reserves studio time and effort; cancelling after production begins does not entitle the client to a refund.

    Consumer rights

    These terms do not override mandatory consumer rights or remove the studio’s responsibility to deliver the order according to the agreed specifications.
