01البيانات التي نجمعها

• بريدك الإلكتروني: لتسجيل دخولك برمز يصلك على بريدك، دون كلمة مرور.
• الدخول بحساب Google (اختياري): إذا اخترت الدخول بحساب Google، نستلم من Google اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني فقط، ونستخدمهما لتسجيل دخولك وربط طلباتك بحسابك. لا نطلب أي صلاحية أخرى على حسابك في Google، ولا نبيع هذه البيانات ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.
• بيانات طلباتك: رقم الطلب، والمنتجات، والمبلغ، والتاريخ، وحالة الطلب.
• رسائل الدعم: ما ترسله لنا عند طلب المساعدة.
• بيانات الحماية: عند تسجيل الدخول يتحقق Cloudflare Turnstile أنك إنسان، ونحتفظ مؤقتًا ببصمة مشفّرة من عنوان IP (لا تكشف العنوان نفسه) لمنع إساءة الاستخدام.

لا نجمع بيانات البطاقة أو الحساب البنكي، ولا نطلب كلمات مرور. والصورة التي تضيفها في تجربة LIVE DEMO تبقى في جهازك ولا تصلنا.

02كيف نستخدم بياناتك

• تسجيل دخولك وحماية حسابك.
• عرض طلباتك وتمكينك من تنزيل ملفاتك.
• الرد على طلبات الدعم.
• حماية المتجر من الاحتيال والاستخدام المسيء.
• حفظ سجلات المبيعات كما تتطلب الأنظمة.

لا نستخدم بياناتك في التسويق دون موافقتك.

03مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجرها لأي جهة. نشاركها فقط مع مزودي الخدمات اللازمين لتشغيل المتجر، كالدفع والاستضافة وإرسال البريد، وبالقدر الضروري لذلك فقط، أو إذا ألزمنا بذلك نظام أو جهة رسمية مختصة.

يتم الدفع عبر Payhip، وتخضع بيانات الدفع لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها وبمزودي الدفع لديها، ولسنا مسؤولين عن طريقة معالجتهم لها.

04الكوكيز

نستخدم كوكيز ضرورية فقط لإبقائك مسجّل الدخول بأمان، ولا نستخدم كوكيز إعلانية أو تتبعًا. حذف الكوكيز من متصفحك يسجّل خروجك.

05حفظ بياناتك وحمايتها

نحفظ بياناتك على خوادم آمنة قد تكون خارج بلدك، ونستخدم اتصالًا مشفّرًا وتخزينًا محميًا، ونحتفظ بالبيانات فقط للمدة اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة أو التي تتطلبها الأنظمة.

مسؤوليتك: أنت مسؤول عن حماية بريدك الإلكتروني، ولا تشارك رمز الدخول مع أي شخص؛ فنحن لن نطلبه منك أبدًا. ولسنا مسؤولين عن أي دخول إلى حسابك ينتج عن مشاركتك للرمز أو اختراق بريدك.

06حقوقك

يحق لك طلب نسخة من بياناتك، أو تصحيحها، أو حذفها، باستثناء ما يلزمنا النظام بالاحتفاظ به مثل سجلات المبيعات. راسلنا من البريد المرتبط بحسابك على [email protected]، ونرد عادةً خلال أيام قليلة، وبحد أقصى 30 يومًا.

07العمر

الموقع موجّه لمن أعمارهم 13 سنة فأكثر. وإذا كان عمرك أقل من سن الرشد في بلدك، فيجب أن يكون الشراء بموافقة ولي أمرك.

08الموافقة والتعديلات

باستخدامك الموقع أو إتمامك الشراء، فإنك توافق على هذه السياسة. وقد نحدّثها عند الحاجة، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة، واستمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك عليه.

01Data we collect

• Your email address: to sign you in with a code sent to your email, with no password.
• Google sign-in (optional): if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive only your name and email address from Google, and use them to sign you in and link your orders to your account. We do not request any other access to your Google account, and we do not sell this data or share it for advertising.
• Your order details: order number, products, amount, date and order status.
• Support messages: what you send us when you ask for help.
• Security data: when you sign in, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are human, and we briefly keep a hashed form of your IP address (not the address itself) to prevent abuse.

We do not collect card or bank details, and we never ask for passwords. The image you add in the LIVE DEMO stays on your device and never reaches us.

02How we use your data

• Signing you in and protecting your account.
• Showing your orders and letting you download your files.
• Answering support requests.
• Protecting the store from fraud and abuse.
• Keeping sales records as required by law.

We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.

03Sharing your data

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the store, such as payment, hosting and email delivery, and only as far as necessary, or when required by law or a competent authority.

Payments are processed by Payhip. Payment data is governed by the privacy policies of Payhip and its payment providers, and we are not responsible for how they process it.

04Cookies

We use essential cookies only, to keep you securely signed in. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Clearing cookies in your browser signs you out.

05Storing and protecting your data

We store your data on secure servers that may be located outside your country, using encrypted connections and protected storage, and we keep data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Your responsibility: you are responsible for keeping your email account secure, and you must never share your sign-in code with anyone; we will never ask you for it. We are not responsible for access to your account that results from sharing your code or from your email being compromised.

06Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, except for what the law requires us to keep, such as sales records. Email us from the address linked to your account at [email protected]; we usually reply within a few days, and within 30 days at most.

07Age

The site is intended for people aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority in your country, purchases must be made with a parent or guardian's consent.

08Consent and changes

By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to this policy. We may update it when needed; the date of the latest update is shown at the top, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
